Terms of Service

1. Service

Moonbelly provides a baby-care tracking service (the "Service"). By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may share access with caregivers under a single account. You may export or delete your account at any time.

3. Premium features and the early bird promise

During the early access period the Service is free. Accounts created during early access keep every feature available at the time of account creation free of charge for the lifetime of the account. If we later introduce paid tiers or premium features, those accounts continue to receive all such features at no additional charge.

This promise applies to the account itself: it does not transfer to other accounts and ends if the account is deleted. It also does not cover fees third parties charge for optional purchases (for example, app store processing fees on optional paid add-ons). We may add, change, or retire optional paid add-ons at any time; doing so never removes features that are free for early accounts today.

4. Not medical advice

Moonbelly's informational guidance (e.g., AAP-style feeding and sleep ranges) is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its branding are owned by Moonbelly. Your tracking data belongs to you.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page.

7. Limitation of liability

Moonbelly is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
